Each year, your company must pass on a number of details to authorities and organisations in the format of various declarations. It is very important to complete these declarations in a proper and correct way, as this also has financial consequences. Levy on water pollution and extraction of groundwater
Anyone who consumes more than 500 m³/year of tap water, or has their own water extraction or discharge, pays a tax on water pollution. Large consumers must submit a declaration of their water consumption before the 15th of March each year. You must also submit a declaration for the tax on the extraction of groundwater. The declarations are filled in digitally, through the levies desk.
Integral environmental report
The Integrated Environmental Report (IMJV) collects data on the production of industrial waste in Flanders. Every year, certain companies have to report through an online declaration which waste they have produced and/or which pollutants they have emitted in the past year.
Letters for the IMJV 2019 (production year 2018) will be sent on January 31st 2019. The IMJV must be submitted online through the IMJV online desk. The declaration must be submitted no later than 14 March 2019.

Val-I-Pac en Fost Plus
Those who are responsible for packaging must submit a declaration of the placed or imported packaging in the market. Those who are registered at Fost Plus and/or Val-I-Pac, must send the data (if digital declaration at Fost Plus) before the 28th of February.
