One of the most important things that have changed since 23/02/2017 is the unification of the application procedures for the environment- and building permit. In top of that, digital submission of the application files has become a requirement. After a number of transitional measures, the subdivision permit, the socio-economic permit and the permit for vegetation modification have now been included in the application procedures for the single permit.  

When do you need an environmental permit?
