Accessibility for emergency crews, choice of fire-resistant materials, choice of position and shape of fire walls, calculation of escape routes... These are all aspects we can foresee from the drawing board with a view on the realisation of a fire-safe building.
Can't you fulfil the legal standards? Then together, we will consider whether, if necessary, a formal request for a derogation should be drawn up, directly with the Federal Public Service (FPS).
